Taking the 12.00-20 20PR industrial vehicle tire as an example, its design includes structural and construction design. Structural design parameters include an outer diameter of 1118 mm, a section width of 278 mm, a tread width of 250 mm, a tread radius height of 11 mm, a bead engagement diameter of 508 mm, and a bead engagement width of 216 mm. The tread pattern adopts a lateral design with a depth of 22 mm.

In terms of construction design, the tread adopts a three-sided, four-block structure. The buffer layer uses two layers of 1400 dtex/2V3 nylon 6 impregnated cord fabric, and the carcass uses ten layers of 1400 dtex/3 nylon 6 impregnated cord fabric (8V1 + 2V2). Molding is done using a bladder-type reverse-wrapping molding machine, and vulcanization is done using a steam-type dual-mold vulcanizing machine.

Finished product performance tests show that the tire's outer dimensions, physical properties, and durability all meet the design and relevant standard requirements.
