Industrial forklift solid rubber tire wear markings

Wear indicators on solid rubber tires for industrial forklifts are like little guardians ensuring safe operation! When the tread depth is less than 1.6 mm, the anti-slip performance is greatly reduced, and you need to replace the tires immediately! Some tires use wear indicator strips; when they wear down to the same level as the tread, it's time to replace them!

The wear indicators are evenly distributed on the tire, spaced 50 to 80 cm apart, comprehensively monitoring wear. High-end tires even use intelligent sensing technology, automatically alerting you when the wear reaches a set level-super cool!

The color of the wear indicators is also significant: new tires are a bright yellow, turning red as they wear down, warning you to replace them! Different working environments result in different wear rates; heavy-duty environments cause faster wear.

Also, the rubber composition at the wear indicator will change; a decrease in carbon black content indicates severe tire wear. A wear rate exceeding 0.5 cubic millimeters per hour indicates excessively rapid tire wear, and you need to check the forklift's operating condition!
