Key Hot-Pressure Molding Process
The 'solid transformation' is completed in a 150℃ mold:
Step 1: The pre-formed rubber blank is placed in the mold, initially shaped under 10MPa pressure.
Step 2: Segmented heating to 180℃, allowing for full cross-linking of the rubber molecular chains.
Step 3: Rapid cooling with cold water, forming a uniform network structure internally.
Performance Enhancement

Honeycomb Structure: Internal honeycomb-like arrangement, reducing weight by 30% while maintaining rigidity.
